What we collect

To register a class we collect: the school name, locality and county, the contact person's details (name, role, email, phone), the chosen venue, any notes, and for each class the class label, the number of students and the name of the accompanying teacher.

We do not collect students' names, contact details or any other personal data about them. The class label and a headcount are all the logistics require.

Why we use it

The data is used solely to organise the event: estimating attendance, preparing activities, communicating with registered schools and sending the confirmation email.

Who has access

Access is limited to the event organisers, through an authenticated administration interface.

Cookies and statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks).

These tools are active when you visit the site. You can block these statistics through your browser settings (blocking third-party cookies or using private browsing), with the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on, or via the Microsoft Clarity opt-out page.

We never send personal data in analytics events: we track actions such as pressing the registration button, together with non-identifying context (the chosen venue, the number of classes).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact details submitted through this form by writing to the organisers.
